We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals eager to start their careers in Healthcare Recruitment as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients. Identifying and matching the best candidates to clients’ requirements. Proactively sourcing and engaging with new candidates using a variety of job boards and internal contacts. Developing a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment market and industry trends. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including identifying suitable candidates and clients, negotiating relevant pay and charge rates with candidates and clients, overseeing the compliance process, and maintaining communication during the placement.
