Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality – Up to £27k – Cullompton

Paramount Personnel has been known as an independent Recruiter for Hospitality and Construction for over 20 years. We are now looking for the next generation of fast-thinking individuals to join our Hospitality or Construction division within the business. You will ideally have some background within a B2B sales environment. This is a fast-paced role with an energetic office and is backed by a well-known brand in its area of recruitment. We require an enthusiastic and target-driven individual with a can-do attitude who is ready to join and support our experienced team and help support our business expansion. The role is first and foremost a sales-based role and would suit someone from a B2B sales background. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will learn that you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates daily, matching/sourcing CVs and people to jobs. We are looking for a confident and professional person with a passion to achieve. You must also have a self-disciplined approach with regard to work and looking to build a career. Support in the office is on hand and offered throughout the day if required, but we are a company that likes its consultants to be free-thinking and do not force minimum sales calls or watch their every move. Due to the nature of the role, the applicant must be a driver. The company in return for the above offers a competitive salary and honest commission once you are ready and fully trained against an annual target which also has quarterly financial rewards.
