Gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client relationship management. Assist in identifying and attracting candidates in various Life Sciences roles. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and demands within the Life Sciences sector. Engage with candidates across different platforms, including job boards and professional networks. Support the team in screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
