Requirements

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client relationship management. Assist in identifying and attracting candidates in various Life Sciences roles. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and demands within the Life Sciences sector. Engage with candidates across different platforms, including job boards and professional networks. Support the team in screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Participate in strategic discussions to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Embody Luminary Group's core values: Excellence, Growth, Urgency, Resilience, and Positivity. Qualifications: A strong passion for recruitment and the desire to grow within the Life Sciences sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
