Logistics Recruitment Team
based in our London HQ. What you'll Learn: You will be trained to recruit candidates to work on temporary assignments with our loyal customer base. You will be trained to effectively book candidates into a variety of temporary assignments through our internal IT system. You will be trained to develop relationships with clients. You will be trained in the latest sales techniques to land clients of your own. The Person We Are Looking For: You will need to be a people person, able to build relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. You will need to be a competent communicator, both written and verbally, able to effectively communicate with people of different backgrounds. You will need to be a hard working individual who is happy to go above and beyond working outside of standard office hours when required. What To Expect When Fully Trained: Recruiting new candidates to join the team utilising the latest recruitment techniques; Social Media, Job Boards, Our Database. Managing relationships with existing candidates; speaking to candidates on the phone, via email, via text and WhatsApp. Planning candidates into open temporary assignments. Developing relationships with clients by visiting them in person & speaking to them on the phone. Selling our services to prospective companies utilising the latest sales techniques.
