impressionable
individual that can build a rapport. A good blend of

outgoing
personality that clients, candidates, and colleagues will warm to. They will want you to have thoroughly
researched the role, the industry, their company , and have solid reasons as to
why you want a career in recruitment . Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The requirements:
It is an entry-level role; therefore, no previous recruitment experience is required. We are interested in speaking to people with at least ONE of the following: Work experience particularly in sales, real estate, business development and account management, car sales, or telesales.
