Do you want to be part of an established, rapidly growing family-run company that cares? Ignite Recruitment is looking for x3 Recruitment Consultants to join them. You will be working directly with the Managing Director and Head of People, who both have decades of experience in recruitment. We are looking for candidates with experience in construction or those looking to move on from a sales role who are driven and determined to succeed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. Key Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both over the phone and in person. Motivated, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of recruitment or an interest in starting a career in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
