You will begin as a Resourcer where you will be responsible for managing the candidate process, before moving onto the client side of recruitment, and establishing yourself as a full 360 recruiter. Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment - The Requirements: Good academics - 2:2 or above from University OR commercial experience. Strong work ethic shown by work experience, internships and extra-curricular activity. Competitive nature - sporting background is ideal but not necessary. Ambitious and driven. Money motivated and the desire to be the best. Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels. Commercially minded.
