The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant As a recruitment consultant, you’ll play a vital role in connecting top talent with career-defining opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Defining job roles and required qualifications. Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals. Screening and shortlisting top prospects.
