Staffright Group in Ipswich are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Coordinator to join our industrial recruitment team; we have excellent tenure in our teams and this is an unusual opportunity to join our business! You will be responsible for learning how to run a busy desk of up to 100 temporary workers from across the European Union and placing workers in industrial and manufacturing businesses across Suffolk, while learning to manage new contracts and build relationships with clients and workers. With this in mind, it would be useful if you spoke an Eastern European language such as Lithuanian, Polish or Romanian for example; but this isn't essential. Full recruitment training will be provided as part of your new role. As part of your day to day role, you will place workers with clients, register new workers, carry out compliance checks, conduct payroll, general administration and data entry, as well as other duties as and when required. This will be a very busy position and will require a certain amount of additional hours as well as travel around Suffolk visiting your client base once trained, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence. A company car can be provided, along with a fuel card, but a generous car allowance would be granted, in the event that you choose to use your own vehicle for work. In return for your hard work, you would be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, market leading - uncapped commission, pension and free parking, as well as other benefits to be discussed, such as a company vehicle or car allowance. Genuine OTE for this position is at least 40k in your first year. Working hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday, you will also take a share of out of hours on-call and additional working hours are likely during busy periods, so please consider this when applying.
