Trainee Sales Advisor

to join our team in the

Leeds Area . As this is a mobile role, a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer experience-focused individual to join a fast-paced sales environment. Key duties and requirements You will be responsible for but not limited to: Assisting the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations. Presenting and demonstrating the Avant product, show homes, and optional extras. Completing customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR. Assisting the Sales Advisor in managing third-party working relationships. Active involvement in marketing recommendations, in relation to advertising. Providing updates to customers in relation to the progress of their home. Building relationships with the onsite Construction teams. Providing assistance with the "street scene" ensuring the highest possible standard at all times. Actively contacting potential customers and sales leads in order to maximise sales where possible. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday. The ideal candidate As well as being able to demonstrate your experience within a customer-facing environment, you will also be able to develop strong relationships along with the ability to listen to our customers and understand their needs. We are keen to hear from individuals that may have worked in retail, hospitality, or face-to-face sales. Full training will be provided to ensure that you understand all aspects of the home buying process. What will you get in return?
