Trainee Sales Executive, working Monday-Friday on a full-time permanent basis . The ideal candidate will be a highly determined and motivated individual with a desire to succeed. This role comprises of B2B calling, contacting new and existing prospects, and explaining the benefits of outsourcing their marketing activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in telemarketing through great in-house training.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling (B2B) new & existing prospects to identify new business opportunities. Create sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments and gaining relevant data. Assisting other departments through writing of clear reports of appointments booked and information gathered from meetings. Maintaining the contact database (CRM) and keep details up to date. Promoting the company’s services/products. Answering prospects' questions/queries to alleviate any concerns. Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets. Key Skills & Experience: Prior experience using a CRM and other office applications (desirable). Previous experience in an office-based customer service/sales environment. High level of motivation and determination. Good literacy skills. Ability to compose short written reports. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally. Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable. Computer literate. Customer service skills. Additional Information: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-17:30pm, Friday 8:30am-12:30pm. Hybrid working after training period Thursday & Friday remote. Ability to increase per annum earnings to £25,500, through a clear progression path. 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Uncapped commission. Quarterly incentives.
