Main purpose of the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our West Midlands region, at our Exhall Meadow site. The Trainee Sales Executive will work Thursday to Monday. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the sales team in all elements of the role ensuring a professional service to all our customers, whilst gaining knowledge and understanding of the Sales Executive role.

The Trainee Sales Executive will provide support with customers including assisting with visitors around the Sales complex. They will receive telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate sales information to encourage them to visit site.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and support the sales team with necessary paperwork including reservations, customer journey, administration forms etc. They will also support the sales team in organising client orders/extra on each plot. The Trainee Sales Executive will also help with opening the show home, organising the presentation of the Sales Information Centre, Show Home and Landscaping, including signage and cleanliness.
