What would be your role within the business?
Business development, making sales calls to prospective clients to sell our specialist technology recruitment services. Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing for candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process. Writing adverts and social media content to attract top talent. Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates. Specific person requirements
A genuine interest to be successful. Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn. A people person. You will love connecting with new people and understanding their needs and requirements. A strong communicator. You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as a talent for conversation. Benefits
1st year OTE £55,000. Competitive salary and unlimited career progression potential. First promotion possible within three months of starting. We pay up to 30% commission - NO CAP. Quarterly Bonus Structure. Target based annual summer holiday to Ibiza. Target based annual winter holiday to Amsterdam.
