Trainee Shift Manager - Nairn - £24,000 per year

As a Shift Manager, you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems. You will be working within a multi-million-pound restaurant and managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Position Requirements:
