Summary

Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about becoming a future Site Manager and has a keen interest in the day to day running of a site. As a Trainee Site Assistant you will help with numerous tasks to assist Site Managers in successfully completing projects and assignments. The successful candidate would need excellent communication skills and be able to work under a pressured environment within tight deadlines. As part of this role, you will be studying a L4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Complete Health and Safety Inductions Ensure subcontractors on site are working as per their method statement and risk assessment Assist the Site Manager in day to day activities on site Participate and support in the meetings with all trades Liaising with the office on document management and updates on drawings and details
