WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Solicitor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the Simplify law firm panel to ensure an efficient conveyancing process with appropriate commercial returns within agreed parameters. REQUIREMENTS And now for the nitty gritty: Although we are prepared to train the right person from scratch, you will need to evidence some prior knowledge, interest or experience of the property sector and desire to pursue a career in this field. You will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, and be able to demonstrate an ability to build and nurture productive working relationships both internally and externally. You will thrive under pressure and be flexible and adaptable to challenges whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Solid administrative skills, IT proficiency, and a customer focus are also important. Finally, you will need to be commutable to Leicester as much of your training will be conducted on-site, although once up and running you will be able to work remotely for the most part if preferred.
