Comprehensive Training Programme : Gain experience across four seats in our seven offices, providing exposure to various legal disciplines. Mentorship and Supervision : Work under the guidance of a qualified solicitor to deliver high-quality legal services. Client-Focused Experience : Develop your legal skills by managing client work, maintaining excellent client care, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Professional Growth : Engage in business development activities, attend training sessions, and contribute to the firm’s success. Key Responsibilities
Case and Transaction Management : Progress cases efficiently, manage files, and ensure timely resolutions. Advocacy and Dispute Resolution : Represent clients effectively in disputes and ensure secure settlements. Drafting and Legal Research : Prepare clear, precise documents and conduct thorough legal research. Interviewing and Advising : Build strong client relationships, address concerns, and recommend solutions. Team Collaboration : Attend departmental meetings and contribute to business development initiatives. What We’re Looking For
Qualifications : Law Degree or a degree in professional services. LPC or SQE1 being studied and due for completion in 2025 oralready completed. Skills : Excellent communication and organisational skills. A good level of IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar). Attributes : Professionalism. Attention to detail.
