Trainee Conveyancer / Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor – Full Time
Job Summary
Kenneth Jones Solicitors are looking for a Trainee Conveyancer / Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor to join their busy friendly team. The applicant should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing. Training may also be provided in commercial, private client, and litigious work.

Responsibilities and Duties
Work in the practice conveyancing team.
Open files, effect and report on the normal due-diligence searches.
Prepare sale contracts and reports on purchases.
Liaise with clients, agents, and other solicitors.
Be familiar with Land Registry procedure and the Lender handbook.
Manage own workload.
Qualifications and Skills
Enthusiastic and friendly, able to work as part of a team.
Amenable to undertaking training.
Good typing and administrative skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
Established experience in undertaking conveyancing work or a willingness to learn.
