Trainee Technical Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing Be the go-to person for clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Build meaningful client relationships through proactive communication and engagement. Learn to craft tailored solutions for clients’ unique business needs. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Manage and resolve client support tickets quickly and efficiently. Assist with system installations, configurations, and onboarding for new clients. Deliver engaging, pre-prepared product training to clients. Support escalations to Microsoft and ensure compliance with our playbook and processes. Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth. What Makes You a Great Fit A recent graduate with a strong academic background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you love finding solutions! Incredible attention to detail (nothing escapes your radar). A team player who can also work independently like a pro. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech environment. Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences. A genuine passion for technology and a desire to grow your skills in the tech industry. Even Better If You Have A degree in Business Administration or a related field. Some experience in customer-facing roles. A basic understanding of CRM software and customer management tools. A keen interest in technology and industry trends.
