Job Advert - Division Information
We are looking for a Trainee Therapist who is currently undertaking a relevant therapy training course to support our private therapy service.
This is a permanent part-time position, for which the successful candidate will be working towards completion of a relevant therapy qualification (minimum two-year Diploma) with some experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues.
The role will involve supporting psycho-educational and relapse prevention inpatient therapy groups, as well as supporting inpatient key working sessions and delivering some outpatient individual sessions, where appropriate.
The successful candidate will be required to complete 50% of their contracted hours as clinical hours.
The role will be fully hospital-based and remote working cannot be offered for this role.
The successful candidate will have access to fortnightly clinical supervision with a fully qualified and accredited therapist.
The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of current training course and student membership with a relevant professional body at the interview stage.

The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health issues both as inpatients and day patients. Hayes Grove specialises in providing care for patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues, and also has a specialist eating disorders unit. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to Bromley, Croydon, and central London and parking is available locally.
