An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Truck Sales Administrator to join our team at our DAF Huyton Depot site. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the dealership’s sales department records and systems are maintained accurately and comprehensively. Ensure seamless integration between the dealership’s systems and those of the manufacturer or distributor. Process all transactions and maintain records with precision and clarity. Regularly update and verify vehicle and customer records to ensure accuracy. Provide a consistently professional and welcoming reception for all visitors. Promptly address customer needs while they await assistance from a Sales Executive or Manager. Accurately record and relay messages to the relevant personnel. Ensure all outgoing sales correspondence is dispatched promptly. Handle telephone enquiries efficiently, considering peak periods and any ongoing meetings. Uphold and enhance the reputation of the dealership in every interaction. Be prepared to accept vehicle deliveries and carry out basic checks for damage. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Be able to use Microsoft programs with confidence – mainly Excel, Word & Outlook. Driven & Enthusiastic. Work well as a team. Good time keeping. Confident on the phone & communicating with others whether it be colleagues or customers. Willing to learn and take responsibility for your own work. Be willing to travel for training. Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene. Be numerate and literate to a level suitable for the responsibilities of the role. HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, 35 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid). Apply Type:
