What You'll Do
Provide administrative support for the VAT advice line and handle triage calls when advisors are busy. Build relationships with clients and colleagues while refining your call-handling and customer service skills. Attend tuition courses and dedicate time to self-study to expand your understanding of VAT and related topics. Take ownership of your ATT progress, including completing the VAT optional paper. As your knowledge grows, contribute to VAT advice calls under the guidance of senior colleagues.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law, or strong A-Level qualifications in relevant subjects. A passion for learning and a commitment to gaining professional qualifications. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. A results-focused attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
