Abatec is currently looking for a Trainee or Semi-Skilled Welder to join our client based in Highbridge, Somerset.
You must be reliable and able to work independently for parts of the day. As part of a busy team, you will be welding steel frames using TIG and MIG (all training will be provided).
Salary: £12 - £13 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Type: Long-term, Permanent position

Welding structural mild steel frames Reading/understanding technical drawings Correct use of provided PPE/RPE This is a full-time position offering stable employment. A basic weld test will be required for successful applicants prior to employment. Minimum Requirements:
No formal qualifications are necessary, but prior experience in the field is desirable. Additional training will be provided for the right candidates. Skills Required:
