Trainee Workshop Engineer (Forklift Assembly & PDI Technician/Engineer) £29,000 - £36,000 Base + 6% Employer/4% Employee Pension + Overtime at Time 1.5 & 2.0 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Discount Benefits Scheme + Uniform + Training 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Trainee Workshop Engineer role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of materials handling equipment offering full training. The role will suit those looking for a team-based culture offering training and progression opportunities. To apply for the role, you need to have assembly/fitting experience of mechanical equipment. The role is working within a team of 12 engineers assembling, building, and modifying new forklift trucks. You will be performing PDI’s to a high standard to produce quality forklifts. Carry out PDI’s on a range of trucks Occasional service and repair work Part of a team of 12 Maintain a clean workshop Order parts The Trainee Workshop Technician Person Required:
Ideally hold a level 2 or equivalent in mechanical, vehicle technician or similar discipline Mechanical fitting/assembly/machinery build experience of mechanical equipment
