Fulbridge are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Support Workers to join our experienced team of Residential Childrens Workers. With a wide range of day and night shifts available – we are offering the opportunity to work flexible hours suited to your availability.A sensitive, caring and professional approach is required for this role in order to maintain our high quality of care and person-centred approach. You will be working in close contact with children and young Adults between the ages of 11 to 25 years who have been placed in the care system and come from a diverse range of complex and difficult backgrounds. The day to day routines will vary from taking the young people to education, appointments, shopping and leisure activities as well as household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.You would be helping to create a happy, stable and safe environment for the young people to live and develop within. You will be an integral part of supporting the well-being of the children and young Adults in care.Experience in this field and related qualifications are not essential as full training will be provided.
