Trainer / Coach / Expert Speaker Full time/Part time options available Chelmsford, Essex (Presenting at events in Chelmsford and at various locations across the UK) Salary dependent on hours and level of involvement Our client, a fast-paced and high-growth company, is the UK’s leading training company helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Celebrities build, grow, and scale their businesses. Located in Essex, this high-performing company invests heavily in their staff and is now looking to increase their Trainer and Coaching team due to significant growth in demand. This new role is pivotal in the next phase of the company’s growth. As a Trainer/Coach/Speaker, you will be one of the faces of the company and be an integral part of the service they deliver to their clients, responsible for helping many business owners achieve and exceed their goals. Primary skills required: Presentation and Stage skills: The ability to teach, entertain, and speak to entrepreneurs and business owners in multiple disciplines. Influence, sales, and closing skills (within group audiences). The ability to coach and inspire clients to act. Positive mindset (self-talk). Ability to independently build presentations (90 mins for 1 day or 3-day workshops). Motivation skills and language. Flexible communication skills to talk to all types of audiences (social styles and economics). Performance-based desire. Content knowledge: Not all, but at least one of the following content elements needs to be your expertise: Social Media Marketing Sales, Influence, and Closing LinkedIn expertise YouTube skills Facebook community and marketing Ads and marketing skills (agency) Starting a business Financial Education (Trading, Business, or Property) Influencer status Branding Knowledge/Promotion Marketing/Sales Funnels or Websites Secondary skills required: Any of the below would help in supporting an application for this role: NLP Skills (Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Train the Trainer) Powerful language (Understanding different language patterns, hypnotic patterns) Life Coaching Entrepreneurial skills Product development Successful business (retired or looking for new challenges) Stock trading Property investing Tax or Asset Protection knowledge Comedy coach or speaker Speaker Training Skills Management skills or background This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing business.
