Health and Social Care Trainer

Domiciliary Care / Learning Disabilities

Southampton and Bournemouth

Salary: £35,000

We are looking for a trainer to cover face-to-face training and observations across our branches and also deliver training.

Responsibilities of a Trainer include:

Delivering mandatory induction training for new care employees that comply with the care certificate standards. Delivering additional courses to support complex care packages. Delivering mandatory refresher training to existing employees. Ensuring all statutory and legislative requirements are met. Updating matrices and internal communication systems.

Requirements of a Trainer: PTLLS / AET or similar qualification with relevant training certificates for the role required. Training and delivery experience within the Health and Social Care Sector. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. IT or computer skills.

Must be highly motivated, confident, and passionate while delivering care training and have a flexible approach to working.

Applicants must also hold a valid UK Driving License, with access to their own vehicles.
