37.5 GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Training Administrator to our public sector client based in Bath. The Training Administrator will support a training centre within an education establishment. They will take responsibility for project coordination, recruitment, event organisation and the continuing development of the centre. Main Duties of the Training Administrator:

Send out publicity and advertisements for studentships Act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries Receive all student applications and communicate with applicants Provide administration of all training courses Receive and distribute all coursework and project reports for marking, issuing appropriate reminders and ensuring that marks are returned timeously Ensure that all files and records of progression are accurately maintained Manage meetings and appointments diaries for the Directors' team making the necessary booking and travel arrangements Reception duties Role Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills Experienced user of word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office) An excellent track record in general administration of a centre or other entity involving >30 people Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people Excellent customer relations skills Capacity for autonomous working as well as the ability to contribute to a team Excellent administrative skills including diary management for persons in demanding roles Hiring Contact:
