Training Coordinator

to be located at our offices in Glasgow Prestwick, UK within the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, you will be responsible for maintaining Ryanair’s records management system for 3000+ staff. Principal Duties

Updating employee training records Issuance of training records/reports when requested Monitoring the mandatory training of MRO employees Scheduling training courses Controlling classroom usage and instructor alignment to courses Processing enrolment of staff onto training courses Maintain training registers for MRO training department Controlling Assessment Materials Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO Act as local Exam Invigilator when requested Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Supervisor Report any error on training material to the BM Training Supervisor Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Supervisor Qualifications

Previous experience in an administration role A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams Confident and proficient user of Microsoft Packages Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer a friendly working environment and a competitive salary.
