We are seeking an Academy Training Administrator to join our training team based in our Horsham office. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the booking and recording of training activities for our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling inquiries Booking courses with trainers and venues Sending booking details to participants Processing orders and invoices Updating training records Issuing training certificates Collecting training feedback This position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent. Skills: Previous experience working in an administrative role Attention to detail Good IT skills Ability to manage own time efficiently Multitasking ability Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills Self-motivated Ability to work as part of a team Professional telephone manner Software/Tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Please send CVs to (url removed)
