What will I be doing? Your key responsibility is to provide an effective, professional, and accurate administration service to support the efficiency of the training team, being the first point of contact for internal training enquiries, resolving these effectively or escalating them as required. In addition to the communications and customer service element of the role, there will be monthly administrative tasks including: Checking and reconciling training schedules Recording/analysing data in Excel spreadsheets Raising invoices, ensuring databases are kept up to date and that all documents are filed correctly. What are the requirements? Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and maintain the accuracy and completeness of information on SUEZ IT systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to resolve queries and problems efficiently, accurately, and to agreed deadlines. A friendly and approachable manner is essential, together with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
