Maintain and drive continuous improvement of the ‘Customer Experience’ through monitoring and controlling course material. Provide administrative support in the training inbox for queries related to course materials and any other adhoc requests. Have a good working knowledge of Accessplanit which is our training course platform to support admin and perform course material related tasks. Looking for in a candidate with the following skills:
