- £26.37 per hour. Salary equivalent to £48,000 annually, on a 35-hour working week. The role is Hybrid and, given its nature, will involve travel and in-person meetings. They are seeking a passionate and meticulous Training and Course Quality Manager to shape and oversee the quality of their training programs, ensuring they remain unparalleled in excellence and relevance. The post is temporary with the potential to become permanent. The Role:

This is a brand-new position with the unique opportunity to make it your own. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the training courses meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Working closely with trainers and teams, you’ll evaluate course content, delivery methods, and outcomes to ensure participants receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities:

Course Evaluation: Regularly review and assess the content, materials, and delivery of training courses to ensure they meet standards and align with participant needs. Trainer Assessment: Observe and evaluate trainers, providing constructive feedback to enhance their delivery and effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain consistency and excellence across all training programs. Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with trainers, course designers, and leadership teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Evidence-Based Recommendations: Use data, participant feedback, and personal observation to provide clear and actionable recommendations for course and trainer improvements. Material Review: Audit course materials for accuracy, relevance, and engagement, ensuring they align with values and learning objectives. Innovation and Development: Stay updated on best practices in learning and development, bringing new ideas to enhance training offerings. Travel: Visit training locations across the UK to observe courses and liaise with trainers and participants. About You:

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about education and training. You’ll have the ability to critique constructively and work collaboratively with trainers to elevate the quality of their programs. Skills and Experience:

Background in learning and development, education, training delivery, or quality assurance. Excellent observational skills with the ability to provide constructive and empathetic feedback. Strong analytical and reporting skills to evidence recommendations clearly and effectively. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Confidence to lead quality assurance initiatives and uphold high standards. Experience in course design, training delivery, or educational program evaluation is a bonus, along with familiarity with adult learning theories and principles.
