Learning and Development/ Training Manager required by HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS). Type:

Permanent Full-Time Job. A home-based role covering southeast home counties and southern regions, including Essex. You will be responsible for delivering training at various sites using training equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate a flexible and planned program of workshops and coaching, providing first-class learning and development to internal stakeholders and employees. Minimum Requirements: PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Experience in communicating at a senior level Experience working in a highly compliant organisation This role will support skilled learning and development colleagues within specialist health and social care forums. The ideal candidate should have experience within residential care, nursing homes, or care in the community. The trainer will be pivotal in tracking, coaching, and supporting specialist in-house L&D colleagues. In your previous role, you will have: Delivered training directly to delegates Been responsible for e-learning and online training systems Experience within a CQC environment advantageous Built robust working relationships with other teams to deliver L&D and ensure all training resources were relevant and up to date Provided advice, support, mentoring, and coaching to in-house trainers and Care Homes Analyzed training requirements and highlighted areas of improvement to training colleagues and care home managers Benefits: Work from home/hybrid working Job Types:
