Our Risk Training team is pivotal in enhancing risk awareness and expertise across the organization. Situated in London, this team works in collaboration with global and regional partners to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Global Risk Training Program. What role will you play? You will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the group-wide Risk Training Program. You will support and facilitate risk training across all project phases, including but not limited to stakeholder consultations, content creation and the analysis of data & analytics for delivered training modules.

What you offer • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within the Financial Services sector.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in instructional design and/or e-learning tools.

• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.

• Tertiary qualifications and/or a certification in instructional design/training are essential.

About the Risk Management Group In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
