Our client is undergoing a significant change and digital transformation programme; implementing new technologies and refining its business processes to ensure they’re futureproofed and can continue to adapt and succeed in their evolving industry. It’s highly intricate and challenging work that intersects with every aspect of the organization. And with the programme now entering a critical phase, they are seeking a Training Coordinator with business change experience to join their PMO and support the deployment of a cutting-edge new system.

Responsibilities include:

Track and report the progress of training rollouts. Coordinate and align Change & Training activities with the overall rollout plan in collaboration with the project team. Work with the business to identify changes and align training schedules with rollout milestones. Liaise with third-party suppliers and internal teams to manage the deployment of technical resources. Plan and manage training schedules, prioritize sessions based on rollout progression, and distribute training materials. Monitor, log, and follow up on training attendance to ensure compliance with the training programme. Address and coordinate the resolution of any training or rollout-related issues. Maintain governance and administration of tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite, ensuring organized document and information management.

Essential Requirements:

Coordinator with 5+ years’ experience of working within a change environment. Experience of coordinating training within digital transformation projects. IT literate, particularly the MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and project control mechanisms. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong time management skills – yours and of others. Excellent organisational skills including planning and forecasting. Hands-on delivery focused. Proactive and a quick learner with a proven ability to use initiative. Desirable: A minimum of 12 months in-depth use of Azure DevOps. Preferably to an administrative level, including configuring project hierarchy, creating tasks, and managing backlogs.

This is an on-site role where you’ll be required in the office 5 days p.w.
