For over 30 years, ENA Care Group has been a family-owned and industry-leading provider of bespoke homecare services throughout England and Wales. Specialising in live-in care, we're dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs, enabling them to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our person-centred approach means we work closely with every client to tailor care plans that respect their preferences and promote their independence. At ENA, our guiding principles - ‘Enabling', ‘Nurturing', and ‘Aspiring' - inform everything we do, from the support we deliver to clients, to the developmental opportunities we provide our staff. Our team thrives on innovation, compassion, and a strong community ethos, ensuring that everyone who joins us feels valued, motivated, and empowered to reach their full potential.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the highest standards of care within our organisation. This professional and dynamic role requires you to oversee the company's day-to-day training operations, ensuring care staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Auditing: Create detailed training reports, conduct thorough reviews, and meticulously audit staff files to maintain full compliance with CQC regulations. You will ensure all training records are accurate, up to date, and meet industry standards. On-Site Training Support: On occasion, travel across the United Kingdom to provide bespoke training to carers in clients' homes, ensuring they have the practical skills necessary to deliver high-quality care. Stakeholder Communication and Professional Liaison: Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, providing written reports when required and offering expert guidance to senior management on training programme adjustments to meet legislative requirements. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify emerging themes or trends in training needs and report them promptly to the Directors. Proactively recommend and implement new tools, equipment, or IT technologies that could enhance the learner's experience and improve operational efficiency. Professionalism and Values: Always present a professional and caring image, reflecting the core values of ENA Care Group. Maintain a positive attitude and ensure all practices align with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

An Assessor and/or relevant Teaching qualifications such as PTTLLS or TAQA is essential. Significant experience in coordinating and delivering professional training, ideally within the healthcare or care sector. Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance training quality and effectiveness. Passionate about empowering others through education and skill development, ensuring all staff meet the highest standards of care delivery. Flexible and willing to travel when necessary to support on-site training needs. Must have full right to work in the UK, as sponsorships are not available for this role.

Benefits:

Competitive Salary of £30,000 per annum. BUPA Health Plan. 32 Days Paid Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays). Loyalty Annual Leave (up to 5 additional days). Government-Backed Pension Scheme. Employee Assistance Programme. Comprehensive Ongoing Training and Professional Development. Excellent opportunities for career progression and internal promotion.

At ENA Care Group, we're on a mission to transform the lives of our clients through exceptional, person-centred care. If you share our passion for making a meaningful difference and possess the skills and experience we're seeking, we'd be thrilled to have you join our dedicated team.

So, if you're ready to embark on an enriching career journey where you can truly make your mark, we encourage you to apply today. Take the first step towards a fulfilling future with ENA Care Group.
