What you'll be working: Working Monday to Friday Full time 37.5 Hrs per week Location: Caterham Head office Reporting to L&D Compliance manager What you'll be doing: Preparing all necessary documentation required for the training courses. Saving/uploading documentation to the company systems to ensure attendance is accurately recorded and training payments are received by attendees. Ensuring that our Learning Management system is kept up to date to ensure the smooth running of the booking schedule, compliance reporting, and e-learning. Supporting other services within the group with all admin needs relating to training of staff. Attend and contribute to Team Meetings as required. Maintain own knowledge and competence by undertaking appropriate continuing professional development. Tasks and projects as determined by the L&D Training Manager. Inform the L&D Training Manager of any issues that are likely to adversely impact quality of client care and/or health and safety of employees. Regularly meet with services via a teams call to support them with any training requirements and concerns they may have regarding training. Maintain a supportive relationship with the service so they have the required training. Book training sessions requested by services via external training providers or internally via our training team. Regularly check each service's compliance and work with the Service Managers to ensure they are sending training requests for the training that is required. Work with Learning & Development Systems Manager and Learning Management Systems Assistant to amend any issues associated with the system. Tasks and projects as determined by the L&D Compliance Manager. What you'll have: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Adaptable and flexible approach to tasks. Computer literate with good Microsoft Word knowledge. Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision. Experience within an administrative role. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
