We are looking for an organised and collaborative Training Delivery Coordinator (internally known as Digital Product Support) to support our global knowledge and competence products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse team, managing technical platforms and ensuring seamless delivery of training products.

Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, ensuring timely resolution of customer enquiries. Manage Learner Management System, including product setup, maintenance, and user roles. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver bespoke training products. Deliver quality assurance across processes, maintaining consistent service standards. Host live training programs, onboarding trainers, and ensuring smooth delivery. About You: Experienced in technical customer support, with strong time management and attention to detail. Proficient in managing Moodle-based LMS platforms and Drupal CMS. Skilled in customer service and stakeholder management within B2C and B2B contexts. Highly organised, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, global environment.
