About the Role The Training & Development Manager will oversee the creation and delivery of training programs across the UK. From identifying training needs to evaluating their success, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders and manage initiatives that support employee growth at every level. This pivotal role blends strategy, creativity, and hands-on delivery to ensure our people have the skills they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Training Needs Assessment & Strategy:

Partner with the HR Director and managers to identify training and development needs across the company. Design bespoke training materials and programs tailored to diverse roles and departments. Training Delivery & Management:

Lead engaging workshops, sessions and programs nationally. Collaborate with external providers to deliver fit-for-purpose training solutions. Support and manage apprenticeship schemes within the business. Budget & Evaluation:

Oversee the training budget, ensuring initiatives are cost-effective. Monitor, evaluate and report on training effectiveness to continuously improve outcomes. What You Bring A proven track record in training and development, with 1-3 years of experience designing and implementing impactful programs. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate others. Strong administrative abilities and IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). A full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel. Desirable Extras A CIPD qualification or a related degree in Learning & Development or HR.
