Experienced Training Lead, ideally with healthcare experience, fixed term of 12 months to join our team. Ideally Christchurch but open to elsewhere NZ. 12 month fixed term role Establishing a training framework for radiologists across multiple locations Supporting an exciting inflight project & open to location for the right person RHCNZ is New Zealand’s leading radiology services provider, providing imaging, reporting and contract services within New Zealand. The Training Lead is responsible for establishing a training framework for radiologists across multiple locations, focusing on the effective use of our reporting toolset. This is a hands-on role. In addition to establishing a training framework you will deliver some of the radiologist training. Ideally you will have experience working in healthcare. Your key responsibilities include: Implementation:

Collaborate on the development and execution of a comprehensive training framework for radiologists, trainers, and super users. Create and deliver training nationally. Maintain a robust support structure. Note: We believe we will likely need a training model that is based on central planning and coordination, with some central delivery but reliance on peer support and super users on the ground. Onboarding & Training:

Support the onboarding process for new employees and the ongoing maintenance of skills including through annual refresher training, potentially aligned with the CPD model. Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal trainers and super users across the organisation and external training providers, to ensure targeted and cost-effective training delivery. Work closely with radiologists and managers to seek feedback on training needs. Continuous Improvement:

Provide feedback to ensure the training framework evolves to meet organisational needs. Work alongside software vendors to ensure we understand and can take advantage of new features. Qualifications:

Qualification in Adult Learning is desirable. Knowledge/experience:

Experience in developing a training framework. Experience working in a healthcare environment and the ability to interact confidently with clinical staff. An understanding of radiology workflows and tools would be beneficial. Passion and expertise in working collaboratively with others, coaching and guiding through effective training strategies. Technology-literate and interested in innovative technology solutions particularly as they relate to streamlining processes and delivery as well as the ability to train others in the use of software tools to do their job. Ability to share and grow skill in others related to training and development. Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the proven ability to present to a group.
