As the Training Leader, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our training strategy, with a particular focus on developing high-quality training portfolio and solutions for our customers. The role reports to the Protection Automation Controls (PAC) Service Product Line Leader and will work cross-functionally to ensure our training offerings align with the broader business strategy. Develop, in collaboration with GA Product Management and the Regions, a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with organisational goals and meets customers needs. Design and continuously improve training programs to support product adoption and overall knowledge enhancement. Identify and develop new value proposition for training offering, to enhance customer engagement and product adoption. Create and maintain engaging and effective training materials utilising various formats. Partner with subject matter experts and marketing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of content. Analyse customer needs and industry trends to ensure training materials and content remain relevant and up to date. Identify best practices in training delivery, including virtual, on-demand, and in-person options as appropriate. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction scores) to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with Product Managers, Product Lines, Regions, Marketing, and other relevant functions to align training initiatives with business goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Strategic mindset and ability to develop training strategies that align with organisational goals and drive customer success. Demonstrated years of experience in technical training, learning and development, ideally focused on external customer training. Leading player in protection, automation and control. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Experience in the technology, SaaS, energy industry.
