Job Title: Training Manager – Demolition & Civil Engineering

Location: London

Salary: Up to £55,000


Future Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join a dynamic demolition and civil engineering contractor based in London. This key role involves managing workforce training to ensure that all operatives hold the necessary certifications and meet industry standards for ongoing projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain training records of operatives via an online portal.
  • Schedule training sessions in coordination with project teams to meet timelines.
  • Assist with claims for grants and levies, optimizing funding for training.
  • Support and coordinate the apprenticeship program.
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance with industry standards (e.g., CSCS, CPCS, CCDO).
  • Oversee the Sentinel system for accurate tracking and compliance management.
  • Provide training data and reports for tender submissions and the Health & Safety team.


Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of industry training standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to track, analyse, and report on training data.
