Training Manager Location: Nationwide role if needed - London based mostly. Training Manager
with expertise in HVAC / Heating industry regulations. The Role:
Deliver all training on products and legislation, keeping up to date on any changes to the law. The candidate will be judged on sales growth annually. Skills and Experience:
Experienced in Heat Pumps, boilers, and water heaters. Experience in delivering product and legislation presentations to staff, stakeholders, and sales personnel. Ability to communicate effectively with installers and service partners. Proficient in creating training PowerPoint presentations. Skilled in condensing extensive manufacturing booklets into concise, essential information for training purposes. Excellent IT skills to create clear, accurate, and company-branded documents. In return: If you feel you would excel within this role and have the required experience, we are willing to pay up to £65,000 with the potential for a larger amount with OTE, along with a car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a fuel card.
