Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programmes and workshops. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Part or fully qualified CIPD with a formal training qualification. Experience in a training and development role, preferably within the public sector or large organisation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to design and implement effective training programmes. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
