We are seeking an organised and efficient individual to join our team to support our training operations. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Set-up of all courses in our CRM, on Zoom and on the CIPFA website - maintaining attendance registers and monitoring absences, taking action where required/directed. Coordinating the ordering and distribution of workbooks and learning materials, working with trainers to ensure timely updates, supporting the team with branding and formatting, maintaining/editing existing e-learning materials. Ensuring that trainers are informed about students with particular needs on a termly basis, and supporting trainers with students who need support. Ensuring that the virtual learning environment is appropriately maintained via set up of course pages for the term ahead, liaising with trainers as required, to support the development and hosting of quizzes, progress tests and mocks, dealing with access queries and other general queries about courses hosted on the VLE. Where required, work with trainers and others to ensure that marking is appropriately allocated. The job holder will be expected to provide general customer service and proactively identify potential solutions to improve student and trainer experience, and to generate internal efficiencies. Salary:
