As our client continues to innovate and meet future curriculum requirements, a new opportunity has arisen for a Training Operations Team Leader to join the team. About the Role The Training Operations Team Leader role provides leadership in the areas of teaching and learning, community and stakeholder partnership, course development, coordination, and implementation of operational initiatives to ensure the highest standards of student learning are realized in educational programs. Manage ICT (Information Communication Technology) Trainers to provide day-to-day operational support and professional development. Review student feedback and analyze it in accordance with the relevant course instructions. Follow up on actions arising from student feedback. Manage projects to develop and implement templates for planning service delivery on site and monitoring progress towards KPIs. Work with the education leadership team and the government contract to provide the team with timely information on key updates. General reporting on academic performance and manage staff performance reviews. Skills and Qualifications Proven management experience in the education, government, or similar sector. Ability to lead a cohesive team and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in Business Management, Education Management, or equivalent. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and / or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training preferred, although both are not essential.
