Training and Recruitment Coordinator £27,000 - £30,000 Site based in Normanton Industrial Estate Working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. On-site parking.

Your new company Hays is working with an SME organisation in Normanton who has a focus on reducing the carbon footprint of power supply to their customers. This role will be to work as a member of the HR department and assist in the business with any Ad-hoc tasks.

Your new role

Book authorised training as required for all employees. Monitor training expiry dates - ensuring certification remains on date. Ensure all new certificates are uploaded to the training database and filed. Monitor & record training costs/cancellations. Ensure completion of online learning across the company. Create/issue certificates of competence. Assist the Group HR Manager with general administration duties. Update HR Company database. Vetting engineers. Advertise positions on job boards; Indeed, CV Library and the company website. Negotiate with recruitment agencies. Schedule interviews with management for a variety of positions around the business.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience within the HR/recruitment field. Experience and good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Must be at least an intermediate level of Microsoft Excel. Strong administration is an essential part of this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fully conversant and confident with Microsoft Excel and other well-known software packages. Excellent attention to detail.
