Training Specialist Purpose This role will design creative learning solutions, develop and upskill our teams within Next and any of our impacted partners / suppliers to be able to use our Finance platforms efficiently and effectively. It will also provide an accessible and personalised service to the Finance Team to ensure that our Finance systems are fully utilised and the correct processes and procedures are followed. This role will also deliver our Finance training programme covering topics such as Chart of Accounts, General Ledger Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Responsibilities Design and Develop Digital Learning Develop, design and maintain digital learning solutions including E-Learning, video and print resources Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content Carry out learning needs analysis for all areas of Finance, demonstrating a curiosity to get to the heart of the learning need. Evaluate training to ensure that the learning objectives have been met, make suggestions for improvements. Maintain digital learning materials to ensure the latest information is included and it meets the needs of the business, supplier or TEP client. Support with the management of internal communication by developing and delivering well-executed and effective campaigns. Maintain the Learning Management System and Online Communities Deliver face to face and virtual training sessions throughout Next and TEP to upskill our colleagues, managers, to fully utilise our Finance Systems. Work with different stakeholders within Next, Suppliers and TEP to ensure we are delivering a service that meets the needs of that area of the business. Support with the administration of training e.g. organising and distributing resources, booking venues About you Experience of designing learning interventions, e.g. Articulate E-learning, Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign Knowledge and experience in designing learning interventions, delivering training and facilitating learning Experienced user of GSuite e.g. Mail, Slides, Docs, Meets and Chat Frequent travelling, including to Next Head Office, Next Distribution Centre, Next Stores as well as to TEP clients About Us
