Training Specialist (refinish)

to join us at our facility in

Welwyn Garden City. The refinish Training Instructor delivers standardized training programs and materials using a range of training delivery methods to Axalta's customers and employees. This person will be delivering cutting edge technology to our main clients in the UK, helping them to increase productivity and reduce costs. Opportunity to be part of an experienced team and a platform for development and future participation in global projects. Key responsibilities: Delivers F2F training and Webcasts Analyzes customer needs and recommends appropriate learning programs/strategy. Implements goals of the Training organization. Networks with national and regional training resources to ensure continual improvement of training delivery. Gathers classroom feedback and takes appropriate actions accordingly. Supports industry events when appropriate. Provides customers with an excellent Axalta training experience. Contributes to Content Development as a SME Contributes to the planning and scheduling of Training activities for his/her region/country. Performs Customer Demos Accurately records all site activities into the central dashboard. Responsible for Security, Safety, and organization of the training facility. Responsible for ensuring that the training centre meets all Axalta operating and branding standards. Liaises with other technical functions to integrate specialists (internal or external) for specific training classes. Key requirements: Strong product, process, and application experience Customer/Learner Focus Ability to use different instructional methods Excellent technology/electronic media skills Ability to connect and engage the audience Excellent listening and probing skills Strong organizational and planning skills About Axalta
